Engraved plate in a nutshell

* Engraving laminate is made of specially prepared gold or silver plastics suitable for engraving.
* Our laser extracts the dark color of characters from the plate.
* The plate is adjusted in size to the box (in case of wooden boxes, the plate is slightly smaller than the lid)
* Engraved text or logo does not rub off - it is incredibly durable.
* Each plate is unique - our employees individually selects the parameters each time. This means that two plates ordered separately may vary slightly in size & placement of the letters.
* The engraving may vary slightly (size & placement) from the visualisation - it is not a mistake.
* The plate is glued inside the lid of the box, or on the box (if there is no other possibility) - it is not placed on the pen.

Engraved plate - design it yourself

* Click the "ADD ENGRAVED PLATE" tab, which will take you to a subpage, where you can visualize your engraving. You can also click the "add engraved plate" option in your basket.
* Have fun and design your own engraving. It's easy, and our system will show you all the available options!
* Pay attention to the red warnings, which will appear if you cross the engraving field. In such case you need to edit your engraving, or arrangement of your text, because we will not be able to engrave it.
* If you'd like to engrave something else than text and our symbols - a logo or a graphic, our staff is at your disposal to answer questions, prepare a visualisation and help you along the way. For that, we require a file with the logo/graphic in vector graphics. Only this format will allow us to process the image correctly.
* Any questions, changes, additional logotypes are best sent before paying for the order. The paid order is transferred automatically for execution, without the possibility of correcting the text. Do not hesitate to inform us by phone or e-mail about a change of the text.
* Read the text, correct any typos before sending your engraved order; placing an order means accepting it for execution without the possibility of correcting the text. Making the visualization yourself means accepting the pattern and shortens the waiting time for an order with your design. If you receive the visualization of the engraving from us by e-mail, then we expect an e-mail acceptation of the sent pattern.

I placed my order, what happens now?

We engrave after receiving the transfer and after accepting the visualization. Estimated preparation time is 1-3 working days from the payment + delivery time. We always try to make the time from order to delivery as short as possible.*
